Train your algorithm before it trains you

Every scroll is a vote. The platforms watch what you linger on, what you like, what you rewatch, and they build your feed out of your own behavior. Most people let that happen passively and end up with a feed built for killing time. Recruiters cannot afford that feed. Step one of the Blueprint is taking it back.

From the Recruiting Blueprint

Use your feed for inspiration and content research rather than entertainment.

The cleanup

  • Interact only with the type of content you would want to recreate. Every like and comment is a signal you are ordering more of.
  • Swipe fast off junk, or tap the three dots and hit 'not interested'. Silence is not enough, the platforms need the negative signal too.
  • Follow only people in your space. Your following list is a syllabus, treat it like one.
  • Save every video that does well and sparks an idea. Winners are your raw material.

Then organize what you save

Saving without sorting is hoarding. The Blueprint uses three folders: Value, Contact, and Relationship. Every saved video goes in one of them, and links you want to recreate go into your notes with a line about what caught you. When it is time to film, you are not staring at a blank page, you are picking from a library of proven material sorted by the job it does in your funnel.

Inside Downlines, the Inspiration Library and Spin-off Generator are this exact system with the friction removed: log the link, tag the bucket, and pull it back up the day you script. The feed becomes an engine that feeds your content calendar instead of eating your evenings.
